All of our coffee is specialty grade and ethically traded with a focus on relationships and respect for the farm and the farmer.
Our beans are SPECIALTY. We strive to provide the most delicious coffee on earth. Further, we believe beans should be roasted as close to the point of sale as possible. We take pride in our coffee being of highest quality and FRESH.
Our coffee is pure, delicious, and responsibly sourced, free from unwanted contaminants. Our coffee is mold and mycotoxin-free and we regularly test for heavy metals and glyphosate.
Coffee profiles
Our Single Origins: We sell coffee from different origins with each carrying a unique flavor profile.
Blends: All of our coffee blends are medium to dark roast.
Flavored: All of our flavored coffees start as specialty grade single-origin coffee roasted in small batches then carefully flavored with high-quality flavoring oils.
Roasting
We do small batch, roast to order coffee with orders being roasted, packed, and shipped each business day.
Coffee profiles are all created using Ikawa sample roasters and once the best roast level for that lot is found, the profile is transfered to 10 & 15KG drum roasters.
The result is the freshest, small batch, craft roasted coffee available. Orders generally ship in 1-2 business days.
